Formation

Since 20 years, EPITECH is the reference school for IT expertise and innovation.

As far as I can remember, I was always really passionated by technologies. So when I finished high school I decided to study informatics and I wanted to go to a recognised school with an innovative teaching methodology.

I started studying in EPITECH in 2010 and as expected we start studying in a totally different way. The teaching method was based on learning from failure.

First two years start with few weeks of an intensive programming language learning ( 1st year : C / 2nd : C++ ). After that, the year is filled with various projects from developing some basic C functions (malloc, free, ... ) to games and more complex software. Those projects were realised alone or in team.

Third year we keep doing project in C and C++ but the focus is mainly on gaining work experience as we are ask to work in company 3 days a week forwarded by a 4 to 6 months internship at the end of the year. Also during this year we start preparing the specification document for our end of study project, called EIP. The project I worked on, within a team of 7, was a social media called Moodress, were we focus on clothing and style.

During the Fourth year I went to study abroad at Chung-Ang University in Seoul, South Korea, ...

... the focus was made on developing our end of study project, improving our adaptability to a knew working context and methodology and improving our english. We worked on several C++ project and also some business related project (business analysis, market analysis, ...).

The Final year, is only lasting 6 month and is focused on finishing our end of study project and business related classes (creating a company, market analysis, ...).
